About the artist
Julia Dunham is a conceptual photographer and artist working in New York City. She received her BFA in Photography from Pratt Institute in 2015 where she produced her thesis work, surveil. Julia’s work centers on the role of photography in the age of information and her experience growing up with the rise of the Internet. She is interested in the solitude and emptiness of her landscape photography. She is also a fine art printer and retoucher and her work has been exhibited at Field Projects, Local Projects, Greenpoint Gallery, The Nave Gallery Annex as well as several independent publications.
